REFY Just Dropped a Skin Tint That’s Perfect for the Summer

The temperatures are creeping back up, humidity is making its annual unwelcome return, and whether you're heading into a long summer or packing your bags for a warm-weather trip, the idea of wearing a full face of foundation until October feels genuinely exhausting.

Here's the thing, warmer weather doesn't pause for anything. There are still work days, dinners, weddings, and weekend plans that require you to look put together, all while the heat is actively working against you. Enter REFY's Skin Base. A skin tint that promises to feel like skincare, look like your actual skin, and survive the kind of weather that melts everything else off your face by noon.

So what actually is it?

Skin Base is a Korean-formulated gel skin tint that hydrates on contact and delivers what REFY calls a "true-skin finish", not glassy nor flat, just balanced and healthy-looking. It comes in 18 shades with buildable, flexible coverage, meaning you can wear it as a barely-there wash of colour or layer it up on days when your skin needs a little more help. Zero heaviness, no caking. For those of us about to enter five months of heat, that last point matters a lot.

The formula leans hard on three key ingredients: Inclusium, a plant-derived extract that adapts to your skin tone, type, and age to support hydration and radiance; Hyaluronic Acid for deep, lasting moisture; and Second-Skin Pigment Technology, flexible film formers that move with your skin all day rather than settling into fine lines or breaking up in the heat.

We love the packaging!

REFY has always been good at thinking about how people actually use products and Skin Base is no exception. The bottle features a built-in priming palette paired with a precision push-pump, so you dispense directly onto a mini palette and prime your brush before application. This means we don’t need to get the back of our hands dirty when trying to evenly distribute product onto our tools!

REFY Skin Base is now available online and lands at Sephora in-store and online on April 2.
