Why Samsung’s Z Fold7 Is a Creator’s Dream

Content creation can be chaotic. Between editing timelines, switching apps, colour correcting, and figuring out how to make your feed look fresh, it’s a lot. That’s why when we heard Samsung was rolling out the Galaxy Z Fold7 with native generative editing, we had to see it for ourselves. And after experiencing the device at the Galaxy Experience pop-up at Dubai Mall, we’re ready to claim it as possibly the best phone for creators right now.

The Galaxy Z Fold7 doesn’t just look cool with its foldable screen but it feels like the future of multitasking. The display is massive when fully opened, which means no more squinting at tight timelines or dragging clips around on a small screen. You can edit videos on one side, scroll for reference inspo on the other, and still answer texts in between. The multitasking potential alone already makes it a win for creators who live on their phones.

But what really stands out is the generative editing. Powered by Galaxy AI, it goes far beyond basic tools like object removal. Think smart, context-aware edits that actually understand your photo. It helps you move someone in frame and fill in a missing corner. You don’t need to upload your shots to a desktop, drag them into Photoshop, or download apps.

For creators who are always on the go, this is a game changer. The precision is incredible, the speed is wild, and it lets you keep your content quality high without slowing down.

Samsung has been loud about blending AI with everyday tools and the Z Fold7 is proof of concept. It’s really for anyone who wants their creative process to feel easier, sharper, and way more intuitive.

At the Galaxy Experience pop-up (running at Dubai Mall until August 1), we got to test the Z Fold7 alongside the rest of Samsung’s new line-up, including the Galaxy Z Flip7 and the Galaxy Watch8. From interactive AI demos to editing stations and even a Call of Duty tournament powered by the foldables, it’s a full-on creator playground.
