Glossier Teams Up with KATSEYE for the Launch of Lip Glaze

Everyone was talking about the girls’ glossy lips in KATSEYE’s Gnarly music video and live performances—so when news of their Glossier collaboration dropped, the timing couldn’t have been better.

Glossier’s newest launch, Lip Glaze, arrives with a spotlight on individuality through a global lens. The beauty brand has partnered with KATSEYE, a six-member girl group made up of artists from around the world, to front the debut of its new lip oil line.

KATSEYE—composed of Daniela (Cuban/Venezuelan-American), Lara (Indian-American), Manon (Swiss), Megan (Chinese-American), Sophia (Filipina), and Yoonchae (Korean)—is quickly gaining recognition in music for its diverse makeup and cross-cultural appeal. Now, the group is bringing that same energy to beauty.

“At Glossier, we celebrate beauty in real life, the freedom of expression, having fun, and being you,” says Chief Executive Officer, Kyle Leahy. “Our partnership with KATSEYE brings that ethos to life–a multinational group of super-talented women, each with unique personalities who embody the individuality that Glossier is all about. No matter where you are in your beauty journey–you look good.”

Lip Glaze is designed as a next-generation lip oil that delivers hydration and shine without feeling sticky or heavy. With six wearable shades and a glossy, sheer finish, it’s a low-maintenance essential that pairs well with any routine. Each KATSEYE member wears a different shade—Daniela in Icy (clear blue), Lara in Melty (rich red brown), Manon in Creamy (warm rose), Megan in Tangy (coral pink), Sophia in Chilly (cool baby pink), and Yoonchae in Frosty (clear lilac).

The formula features a melting oil base, apricot and raspberry seed oils for nourishment, and a hint of mint for a refreshing feel. In a study conducted with 34 people, all participants agreed their lips felt smooth and healthy after use, with most noting a plump and conditioned appearance even eight hours later.
